What is Haelf all about?
We are all about personalized, clinically-proven treatments backed by science. How does it work?
We are the future of wellbeing. For all prescription treatments available on our platform, you will complete our online questionnaire to gather info for your healthcare provider about your symptoms and medical history. Your information will then be securely reviewed by an offically licensed medical doctor (EU and/ or UK accredited physicians) who will then review the information you provided and evaluate your treatment options. In addition to the prescription treatments, we also provide you clinically-proven pharmacy medications as well as specific supplements, which do not require you to complete a medical questionnaire.
Do I need a prescription to use Haelf?
No, you do not need a prescription to order from Haelf. Our range of clinically proven supplements can be purchased without the need of a prescription by a doctor.
For our prescription treatments, you will complete a consultation as part of the ordering process which forms your prescription for the respective medicine you'll obtain. The offically licensed physicians on our platform will create a prescription based on the information you submit – if they deem it safe and appropriate for you.
Who are the medical experts on your platform?
All of the medical practitioners on our platform are MHRA and/ or EMA-licensed healthcare professionals. Each medical practitioner undergoes an extensive background check and license verification process before joining our platform. If requested, you can see their resume, medical license, and credentials anytime you want. Simply get in touch with us via info@haelf.com. We also have a scientific advisory board that consists of scientists, pharmacists and doctors with extensive knowledge in men’s health, sexual health, and other fields of medicine.

What are your shipping options?
We ship within 1-2 business days and - most importantly - shipping is free, always.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship our range of supplements to the UK and across the EU 27. However, our prescription medicines are currently only available in the UK. During the checkout process, you can verify if we ship to your country by entering your shipping address. If you encounter any issues or have questions about international shipping, please contact our customer service team for further assistance via shop@haelf.com.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email as well as a separate email for you to track your order, which contains a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. You can use this tracking number on the shipping carrier's website to monitor the status and location of your order.
